Content Manager

The Role

everywoman is looking for a talented Content Manager to create, commission and manage all everywoman content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment and enjoy taking responsibility for delivering innovative content across our products


This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a highly-motivated individual. You’ll be working with a great team of colleagues, be encouraged to use your initiative, communicate and develop new ideas and play an essential role in driving the growth of our online platform, our high-profile award and forum programmes, and our brand-new entrepreneurs’ hub.


You’ll need the ability to spot great stories/content pieces, be comfortable creating relationships and interviewing high-profile leaders, be well-versed in all the different types of content formats, have excellent written skills and be able to spot commercial opportunities when they arise.

Key Focus

  • Developing and managing an annual content schedule that encompasses all aspects of the business
  • Creating high quality content across all our products which include the everywoman network, forums and events and our newly formed Entrepreneurs Hub
  • Commissioning where necessary articles, workbooks etc from freelancers/thought leaders/trainers
  • Delivering a commercial, united content strategy that helps further the aims of our company as a whole

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and adhere to a content schedule that ensures content is delivered at a point where it can achieve maximum impact
  • Create engaging content pieces (podcasts, infographics, workbooks, reports and articles) for the entrepreneurs hub, network and events
  • Repurpose existing content to ensure longevity
  • Create a weekly newsletter for entrepreneurs and network
  • Understand the objective of everywoman and create commercial content to help further these aims
  • Commission thought leaders/freelancers/training to help deliver content on themes relevant to our community
  • Run and manage webinars
  • Analyse content performance/engagement and assess how to improve as a result
  • Conduct regular market research and deliver innovative new formats etc to our audience
  • Work closely


  • Minimum of 3 year’s content experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a small company an advantage

  • Excellent written English and copywriting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment 
  • Ability to create content across a range of different formats
  • SEO knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful business relationships
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques and ability to use content to drive conversions
  • Analytical skills, able to produce meaningful analysis, on which to base conclusions
