Navigate your path to success

Logistics is the fifth largest industry sector, worth £75bn to the UK economy and employing approximately 1.55 million people, spanning over 192,740 companies. However, of the 1.55 million people employed in logistics just 24% are women* and there are still relatively few women at the top.

Despite this, the number of women in senior positions within transport and logistics is on the increase and there are women that are demonstrating that there are great opportunities within the sector. Key figures such as Dragons’ Den’s Hilary Devey, the Chairman and CEO of Pall-Ex; Nikki King, the Managing Director of Isuzu Trucks UK; and Jane Burkitt, Supply Chain Planning Director, PepsiCo International Ltd show that it is possible to carve a path to the top as a woman.

Who Should Attend?

  • Women with aspirations to develop their career in Transport & Logistics

  • Future leaders in organisations

  • Middle management who want to get to executive level

  • Women managing a small team
