About

photo of a diverse workplace

For over 12 years everywoman have focused on one thing - providing solutions that make a real difference to women who are aspiring to, or are already in, leadership and management positions.

Our core purpose is to make women individually and collectively more successful so that we increase their number and their status in the economic community.  We truly believe that the economic empowerment of women will go a long way to resolving a lot of wider economic issues, specifically in the current climate.

We are truly passionate about the benefits women bring to both the workplace and in enterprise and genuinely believe that getting greater representation of women across all business areas will drive better, more profitable businesses, creating wider benefits for both women and men in the workplace.
