We have long known that role models play an important part in inspiring the next generation of women in work. In fact our research report, Focus on the Pipeline Engaging the full potential of female middle managers with Alexander Mann Solutions, found that female middle managers view more senior women role models as the most powerful means to improving female career progression (47 per cent).
