Wanted to introduce Myself

Hello everybody, just joined every woman and still finding my feet, but wanted to introduce myself and the company I recently set up. Mummy's Maid provides short term household help for busy mums and those who have recently given birth and I am sure we know of plenty of women just like that. In today's economic climate not every woman can afford a full time cleaner, housekeeper, personal assistant, laundry service or nanny although there are many occassions you might need help. Each of our contracts are just a minimum of two hours so our clients can use us as and when they need to. We are currently in Buckinghamshire and are expanding into Berkshire and hampshire and the dream is to cover the whole of UK in the next 3 years. I would be very interested to speak with other like minded ladies so hope to hear from you soon kez

Hi Kez
Welcome to Everywoman!
It was very interesting reading about your new venture. I am sure you are right - there must be many mums out there who need some help, but not necssarily of the full time variety!

There is a lot of great info on this site that should be able to help with developing yourself and your business. I have particularly found the challenges really interesting - they get my mind thinking about stuff I may not have thought of otherwise.

As a little about me - I run an internet marketing business, so if you ever need any advice on your website, just let me know! You can find me here www.wendychamier.co.uk

All the best and good luck!
Wendy

Hi Kez

I'll second Wendy's welcome!

Members of everywoman have a huge amount of experience and knowledge across many fields, so if you have questions as you develop your business, do pose them here and tap into this great resource.

I provide information for people who work from home, and help them to keep motivated and inspired in a situation that can easily become isolating and lack perspective. I'm also an advocate of coworking, which I suppose you could describe as the middle ground between serviced offices and coffee shop working!

Good luck with your plans
