The best place to start is to take a look at the Groups and Members Events sections to see if there is anything of interest to you - if so join the group/attend the event. You can see who the authors are of each thing you click on - start looking around at blogs and articles - if they interest you, you can leave your comments, and you can make contacts with other members - simply click on their profile, and click on the 'make my contact' link.

Of course - starting a discussion is a great way to get a conversation started also - as you have done here! Maybe think of a few things you'd like to discuss with other women in business and start a few discussions, or you may even be interested in writing your own blog or article, which other members can comment on - you can do this by clicking the Create link in the right hand menu, under your profile (infact if you're logged in you should see it on the right of this page!). Remember the title will be the first thing other members will see - so make sure it's someting that will grab their attention, or reflects the subject matter you're talking about!
