Magazine start up

I am thinking of starting a magazine business in my local area.

It will be a free, glossy magazine including fashion, lifestyle and culture/entertainment news and features.

I am hoping to circulate it in leisure centres, hotels and restaurants, etc.

Any advise you could give me would be very much appreciated.
