	Jonathan Chadburn Vice President Global Retail, DHL Jonathan has 22 years experience in the Logistics industry with DHL and Exel and is currently operating within a business development global role. Previously he worked for 5 years as a UK Divisional Managing Director responsible for a business of 4,000 colleagues in the Home Delivery sector. He has managed executive level relationships with BHS, Argos, Homebase, Next and Habitat amongst others and is currently leading DHL’s development of the retail sector worldwide. Jonathan is a strong supporter of having a diverse workforce and in his role as MD has 3 women directors on his executive committee.
	Shane Corbyn Head of Demand Chain Development – Skills for Logistics Shane has a wealth of experience working for Sector Skills Councils (SSC) and in the logistics sector. As Head of Demand Chain Development, Shane is responsible for communicating with and influencing employers and other stakeholders, developing products and services that meet their training and skills development needs and ensuring that the work of the SSC is properly aligned with both employer requirements and vocational qualification policy across the UK.
	Theo de Pencier Chief Executive, Freight Transport Association Theo de Pencier is Chief Executive of the Freight Transport Association (FTA), the UK's largest Trade Association. FTA represents the industry's freight interests by road, rail, sea and air. It has over 14,000 members who operate over 220,000 lorries (half of the UK total), consign over 90 percent of freight moved by rail and over 70 percent of UK visible exports by sea and air.
	Dave Dodd Frontline Learning Manager, Royal Mail Dave has worked for Royal Mail for over 21 years in a number of roles, ranging from Payroll and Operational Planning through to his current role of Frontline Learning Manager. He is responsible for the development of the uniformed staff across Royal Mail in addition to a team of 36 people to deploy his overall strategy. Outside of work, Dave enjoys cycling, badminton and travelling especially to the Far East.
	Toni Eastwood OBE Training & Development Director, everywoman Toni has over 20 years experience working in business development, designing and delivering training solutions, specialising in women’s development for the last eight years. She has published research on the issues and barriers women face in all sectors of the economy, including those surrounding hard to engage communities, ITEC, leadership and the glass ceiling. Toni has lead the development of organisational and Regional strategies for unlocking the potential of women, in 2007 Toni was recognised in the New Year’s honours list with an OBE for her contribution to Equal Opportunities.
	Janet Entwistle Managing Director, BT Fleet Limited Janet Entwistle is Managing Director, BT Fleet Limited, which provides fleet management and maintenance services to some of the UK’s largest operational vehicle fleets. Janet started her career as a lawyer, changing career in 1999 to take over BT's in-house transport operation, which she transformed into a successful fleet management company, now recognised as a market leader and named as Van Fleet Management Company of the Year 2008. Janet is an Advisory Board Member of Opportunity Now and is a National Executive Board Member of the Freight Transport Association.
	Kate Gibbs Head of Communications, Road Haulage Association Limited Kate Gibbs is Head of Communications for the Road Haulage Association, the representative body for 9,000 road haulage companies ranging from owner-operators to those with fleets in excess of 1000 vehicles. Her role covers communication of industry issues at all levels, local, national and government together with raising public awareness and perception as to the vital role road freight transport plays in today’s economically challenged society.
	John Harvey CBE Chairman, Keswick Enterprises Ltd John Harvey is Chairman of Keswick Enterprises Limited, a UK based active investor in supply chain and forwarding businesses with interests in the Balkans, Ukraine, and Baltic. Formerly he was Chairman of Tibbett & Britten Group plc and acquired/developed businesses across Central Europe, four Continents including China and a dozen joint ventures. Originally John was Chairman of Unilever’s in-house UK logistics operations and its overseas associates. He is also Vice President of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
	Elaine Miller Operations Director, Wincanton Elaine is Operations Director of Wincanton’s container logistics business which runs a fleet of 670 vehicles and employs 880 people from 16 locations nationwide. She is responsible for the management of all operational functions as well as playing a key role in the strategic planning and development of the business. Previously she worked at Hanbury Davies as Operations Director - the company’s only woman-director. In 2009, Elaine won the prestigious MAN everywoman in Transport & Logistics Woman of the Year Award.
	Lesley Parker Professional Development Manager, CILT(UK) Lesley is responsible for the the management of the distance learning programme delivering the Institute's qualifications throughout the world. Since joining CILT a little over six years ago, Lesley has worked to expand the portfolio of training courses offered by the Institute which includes online, public and in company delivery. She works closely with employers to identify training needs within their organisation and develops bespoke training programmes across the breadth of the supply chain.
	Rebecca Salt Group Director of Marketing & Communications, CEVA Logistics Rebecca has worked in the transport and logistics industry for the past decade previously with Exel and DHL and more recently with CEVA Logistics. In her current role, she is responsible for all internal and external communications and marketing across the global CEVA business.
	Valerie Todd Director of Talent & Resources, Crossrail Ltd Valerie Todd is Director of Talent & Resources at Crossrail Ltd. Valerie is also founding President of the Women’s Transportation Seminar London, which promotes gender equality in transport. In 2007 she was appointed to the UK Commission for Skills and Employment. She has also served as a trustee and Board Member of London’s Transport Museum.
