Carolyn Bannister's suggestion of Flissys, a lead-trading website proved most popular in this category. "I recruit Avon representatives and sales leaders throughout the south of England, and this is the one place that we can sell surplus leads and buy suitable leads."

Joanna Dewberry's funny tale was voted the most popular this month - well done and here's hoping the kids keep it quiet in the future!

"I work from home and I think this has to have happened to every mother trying to run a business. I was taking an important phone call when my deightful 2 year old shouted 'Good boy Charlie' I ignored him and continued my conversation. 'Charlie clever boy' again ignored. 'MUMMY LOOK AT MY BIG POO ... OOOOOO ITS BIG!' argh sheer embarrasment. Luckily the customer found it highly amusing!"
August 2009: The Best Work/Life Balance Tip
This was a close three-way battle, and infact Rosemary Chileshe and Jennifer Hallwood finished in joint second place, but the ultimate winning tip was supplied by Nicola Shearer.

This was a very popular category, and was a closely fought battle, but ultimately Elizabeth Geldart's Chiggs Ltd received the most support, gaining 48% of the votes.
