In 2002, she joined Fat Face as Brand Communications Director supporting the founders to realise their dream of creating a successful high street brand. Key achievements included: store design and opening of 150 stores across the UK including the launch of the brand’s first active lifestyle concept store in Exeter and more recently a brand new repositioning concept in Brighton; growth of the direct channel business from (-£400K) to £7m; development and launch of four licensed categories (watches, sunglasses, luggage and sporting hardware).

Sarah has recently set up her own brand consultancy which continues to capture the emotional spirit of brands and translate them into a clear customer proposition ensuring that the customer experience has an emotional spirit which differentiates it from others.
